Shopping Process
- To make a purchase, you need to log in to your member account. If you are not a member, please register first to become a member before proceeding with the purchase
- Please select the items you want and add them to your shopping cart.
- Before proceeding to checkout, please make sure to review the contents and quantities in your shopping cart. Additionally, check if you have any discount coupons that can be applied to your purchase.
- Select your payment method (you can choose payment methods such as convenience store payment or online credit card payment).
- Select the shipping method (you can choose registered mail or pick up at a convenience store, etc.).
- Before submitting the order, please double-check all order information.
- Once you have confirmed, you can proceed to submit order for checkout and complete the process.
Shopping Notes:
- Before the order status is marked as "Processing," we reserve the right to cancel the shipment and transaction. In such cases, we will also contact you.
- If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by clicking on the "Cancel Order" button at the bottom of your order page.
- Please note that self-cancellation is only available for orders with statuses "Pending Review" ,"Uncheckout", and payment status "Unpaid".
- If your payment status is marked as "Paid," you will be unable to cancel the order by yourself. In such cases, please contact our customer service during business hours, and they will assist you in canceling the order.
- After completing the payment, the order will be shipped within approximately three working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, except for cash on delivery orders).
- Shipping fees apply if the order does not meet the free shipping threshold after discounts or coupons are applied.
- For online credit card payments, please complete the payment during checkout. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled without reserving the items or notifications.
- Orders placed after 6 PM on Friday will be processed for shipping on Monday. During special holidays or continuous holidays, shipping arrangements will be announced in the latest news section.
- If you are purchasing items that require an invoice or receipt, due to differences in tax regulations, they cannot be combined for checkout and must be ordered separately. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- For orders, invoices will be uploaded to the cloud or individual mobile barcode, and receipts will be stored in the member's profile. They will not be shipped with the goods. If you need Tax ID Number on the invoice, please make sure to fill it out during checkout.
- We will inform you if there is any delay in shipment due to product out of stock or other situations.
- If you need to specify the arrival time, please fill in the desired arrival date in the notes column. For example : Arrival date 05/01.
- If a return is made, the company will charge a return processing fee!
